Philosophy:
Losing weight will
reduce your risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke and some cancers. Remember that losing weight is the easy part and is only a short-term solution to a long-term problem. Weight management is for life. That’s why our weight loss program incorporates four components: health, fitness, education and nutrition.
We know from experience that the necessary components of controlling weight are: eating the right portions of proper foods, exercising, drinking plenty of fluids, being held accountable and medical supervision.
Exercise remains an essential component of lifelong weight control.
